Details:

• “Ramkrishna Engineering Works” manufactures Liquid CO2 Cylinder filling pumps ranging from Low capacity pumps (400 kg/hr) to High capacity pumps(1100 kg/hr) as per the requirement.
• These High pressure pumps are designed to fill the Cylinders from Liquid CO2 Bulk storage vessel.
• Liquid CO2 Filling pumps are supplied with pulley, belt, motor, base
• frame.(Guard and Hose pipe if demanded)

Features:

• Special Jacket on the Head of Pump will be provided in F.C. 2840 for High capacity pumps to prevent heating of the head during continues
• operation.
• Piston made of Special Material resulting into safer operation and Hard
• chromed for longer life.
• Gland packing set made from Special Fibers for heat resistant parameters.
• Special Seal designed for Liquid CO2 applications.

Installation Parameters:

• The pump should be installed as low as possible in relation to the Liquid CO2 source to ensure maximum positive suction head on the pump.
• For efficient pumping of Liquid CO2 stored in a bulk storage vessel, the head of the pump must be maintained at a temperature close to that of Liquid CO2.
• This is achieved by pumping continuously and re-circulating Liquid CO2 back to the storage tank during periods of no demand.
• Also, another important factor to be considered is the installation of Relief valve at the Discharge end.
