Ramkrishna Engineering Works”manufactures Liquid CO2 Transfer Pump(Temperature range 20 to -40 degree Celsius)offering two types of Transfer pumps, Single Stage Transfer Pump and Double stage Transfer pump as per requirement.
These pumps are used to Transfer Liquid CO2 between a road tanker and CO2 bulk storage vessel as well as to transfer liquid from road tanker to small mobile tankers.
Liquid CO2 Transfer pump are supplied with Flanges, Electric motor, Base frame and Tyre Couplings
Features:
Liquid CO2 Transfer pumps use Interlocking Gears to propel Liquid CO2,where the lubricating medium is Liquid CO2 itself and hence no lubrication is required.
It can run in both Forward and Reverse motion by just changing the Shaft rotation without altering the pipings.
Special mechanical seal provided results into leak free operation of the pump.
Installation Parameters:
Installation is simple as no chain or belt drive is required, pumps can be directly connected to Electric motors.
Pump should be located below tank level to avoid liquid/vapor
traps in pump.
Don’t run in empty condition as the pump is self-lubricating.
